User css in panels

I think I saw somewhere a request to support user css in panels, but now I cannot find it.

In my opinion, there is no reason not to support UserCSS in Opera panels.

This is an essential feature request for me, because the RSS reader is treated as a panel, not a web page, even though it shows HTML content from the RSS feed. I can't stand looking at black text on a white background all day, so Opera's Feed Reader is unusable for me.

I forget, does UserJS and/or extensions work in panels? If they do then UserCSS support doesn't really matter as such.

@Frenzie: for panels imo it does matter most, as you esp. need custom layouts there.

Of course, but with UserJS you can apply CSS.

i know, but it somehow defeats the point of having usercss at all if you cannot use it in the prime usecase example wink
