I can see that creating themes is very easy for the developers. My thought is: why not giving the power of creating themes to more people?

It's so simple in the current state that you could add "Use image as Theme" as a context menu command for images so any user could easily customize their browsers (like you already did include "Use as Speed Dial Background"). Make Opera generate the theme file with some default data (colorize with the average color of the image, etc). This solution would be so simple that, unlike this tutorial, would spread in a lot of tips Websites and give instant satisfaction for people who want a theme with a specific image.
