Problem with Youtube Charts
I believe youtube recently changed the layout of their chart overview, and it looks really messed up in Opera.The page is here: http://www.youtube.com/charts

The problem is not Opera it is that you have enabled "fit to width"
Turn off Fit to width.
CTRL+F12 for preferences > Web Pages > Deselect > Fit to width
