Crash when opening after adding Intranet site to speed dials

I just added a local TeamCity server to my speed dials and it immediately crashed. Now it crashes each time I open Opera.

Is there a way to open opera with speed dials disabled?

Is there a way to edit speed dials without opening speed dials (config file .etc)?

Thanks for any help.
