How do I reset the opera?
Follow the instructions here first for backing up the important files.
Shut down Opera and remove that profile directory (or just rename it if you prefer). When you restart Opera a new profile directory will be created.

As to the original post (which she must have translated) ...
The most thorough reset is to delete your profile (see Help > About Opera and look for "Opera directory"). Be aware that your profile is in a hidden folder, you will need to copy and paste the path listed there into a file browser to see it.
A less thorough reset is to only delete your operaprefs.ini file (located in your profile). This will not erase your saved cookies, bookmarks and other such - only return all settings to factory defaults.
