Follow the instructions here first for backing up the important files.
Shut down Opera and remove that profile directory (or just rename it if you prefer). When you restart Opera a new profile directory will be created.

As to the original post (which she must have translated) ...

The most thorough reset is to delete your profile (see Help > About Opera and look for "Opera directory"). Be aware that your profile is in a hidden folder, you will need to copy and paste the path listed there into a file browser to see it.

A less thorough reset is to only delete your operaprefs.ini file (located in your profile). This will not erase your saved cookies, bookmarks and other such - only return all settings to factory defaults.
