CPU utilization increasing with tabs
I'm using Opera Next build 1105 on Ubuntu Linux 11.10 and I noticed that it was using a lot of CPU cycles during a typical browsing session. I tend to have a lot of tabs open so I looked into this and found that as I added tabs (even if they contained nothing but Speed Dial) the CPU usage increased. Interestingly, if I disabled the tab bar in the browser (without deleting the tabs), the CPU usage dropped. Restoring the tab bar caused the CPU usage to go up again. I tried Opera 11.51 and did not see the same effect. Anybody else see this?I had the same problem with amd64 linux (gentoo). After upgrading from 1090 and starting opera I couldn't see the tab bar at all. Only 1 pixel bottoms of the tabs were visible. After adding main bar I managed to resize the tab bar so the tabs were visible again. But I just couldn't operate them when clicking random actions were committed like closing the tabs, some tabs weren't clickable and CPU usage went high too. There was a huge none removable space between upper edge of the tabs and plus sign somehow was moved high only lower portions of it were visible.
There is a problem with tabs in 1105, it is broken for amd64 I have to downgrade to 1090 which at least works.
