Setting proxy from command line

Most of time I use Opera with proxy. Shouldn't be there a command line option like Google Chrome has to use proxy or not? Like :

--proxy-server:socks://x.x.x.x:xxxx

I checked http://www.opera.com/docs/switches/ ,but most of them are very basic command line switches. I don't prefer to set proxy again and again from Preferences.
