Edit Unread Mail Registry Key on windows

Hi, I just want to know if is possible to make opera edit the Windows registry key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/UnreadMail/<Name of e-mail account>, with the current number of unread mail.
