Low FPS for GIF files

Hello gentlmen.

I founded a problem with GIF animation. It is lagging and is not so smooth, like (for example) in IE9!

I also founded a topic about this problem, but it is closed in unknown case! Some people are (as I understand) just blind, because it is visible even without exertion of vision.

I'm ready to use Opera instead of IE9. I really like Opera. But this problem makes it impossible, because it is very (!) testily in everyday using!

This problem is the most visible (as for me) on http://www.mercedes-amg.com/#/home (changing models should to be smooth. And it is... but in IE9... not in Opera).
And here http://www.mercedes-amg.com/#/about-amg (also, you can see the difference in moving between IE9 and Opera). There are many other examples... but the problem is obvious.

It can be colles also like "skipping some frames in GIFs", "freezing in GIFs", "low FPS for GIFs".

Is this a lag for whole Opera, or maybe I missed some settings... I will be grateful for every advise, that would help me.

There can't be a problem in hardware (the harware's power in quite enough).
One more little question: Why my theme in MyOpera profile doesn't work in Opera Mail? Or for OperaMail there is another way to change a theme?

There is no problem... but it is much more slower and lagger than in other browsers (like in IE9). U can be not enough attentive... because this was checked on 3 different PCs in different places... with different internet connection, different hardware and software (but all were with Windows 7... this is only the same thing on all 3 PCs).

Sure:
1. Adobe Flash Player ActiveX 64-bit (11.0.1.152)
2. Adobe Flash Player Plugin (11.0.1.152)

3. Opera 11.51 (10.87)
4. Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)

And I can't write information about other 2 PCs (that I tested), but they have older Flash...

Hardware accelaration on flash is disabled? Some people have reported that enabling it was causing some issues.

But how it can affect for Opera and do nothing bad in this way for IE9? If you were attentive you will understand, that this lag exists just in comperison with other browsers. But I'm ready to try any advices. How to turn it off?

And I want to say, that I just tested Firefox 7.0.1 on the same PC (with the same Flash and Windows and other...). And have to notice, that there is no problem. So IE9 and Firefox work fine and smooth with the same hardware and software. So, the problem exists only for Opera. So, as I said earlier, maybe there are in Opera some settings, that I missed or crashed? Is it turned on hardware acceleration in default settings in Opera?

Anyway, I am grateful to anyone, who is trying to help me.

Right click on the page > Settings. A flash seeting window will appear. HWA is the first or second tab from the left.

I see now this window "Adobe Flash Player Settings", but this window is inactive and I can't change anything (even switch the tabs). But on the first windor thereis monitor settings... and here is and HWA option, but it is OFF! And, as I said earlier, I can't change any thing... and even can't turn it ON.

By the way, I tried yesterday Opera 12 Alfa... the same. And I installed clearly Opera 11.52. Nothing changed. left

And, WTH?! Sorry... now I'm writing from IE9, because Opera screens "All the visible images are incorrect or missing attribute ALT." and doesn't open any pages. mad (already fixed)

I also checked the same settings in IE9 (HWA in Flash player). And here it is OFF too. But, as I said earlier, IE9 has no this problem. whistle
