hijacked bookmark
Although I just upgraded to 11.52, I think that is not a factor here.I have a bookmark to a google finance search for a stock quote. After upgrading Opera, and using the bookmarked link to do the google finance search, I now have a duckduckgo icon showing beside my bookmark. (I didn't even know what duckduckgo was until this.) I tried deleting the bookmark and then saving it again, but the odd icon shows up again. It seems that my bookmark got hijacked somehow, but I can't figure out what is going on. (Generally, searching on the web about an issue like this can provide information, but no luck yet.)
Most likely the bookmark is just using a wrong favicon. Find the wrong icon from your profile's opera:config#Opera%20Directory icons folder and delete it, or just delete them all from Opera > Settings > Delete Private Data > Detailed Options > uncheck everything else but Bookmark visited time.
