I'm not sure what your problem really is. Please provide step by step reproduction instructions.

I'm using MegaVideo and others without any issues. Maybe you should tell us your exact system configuration (OS version, Opera version, etc)
Using Windows 7 64Bit SP1 and of course Opera
(If nothing else stated the most current weekly) on a nice Dell Studio XPS 16!

Do you click the plugin immediately after loading the page?

Look friend, try this

Press Windows + R
Write this:
% APPDATA% and press enter, you open a folder, minimize it

Now go to control panel, add or remove programs located and find the Opera, uninstall it.

When you go to uninstall the checkbox to delete my user in Opera and click on Uninstall, let the installation finish.

Now go to the folder and delete the folder minimized by the name of Opera.

Opera reinstall from here:
http://www.opera.com/browser/

And last click here to download the latest version of Adobe Flash:
http://aihdownload.adobe.com/bin/install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih.exe

Comment if it worked
