Where is the folder application data in a portable installation?
http://www.opera.com/support/kb/view/313/This page explains that keyboard conf. are in the directory C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Opera\
OK, but how do I transfer the keyboard folder to the same folder in a portable device? I installed Opera in my portable HDD and there is no "application data" or any "keyboard" folder.
Afaik it will be created only if you change keyboard shortcuts and/or duplicate/edit the keyboard setup. Until it happens, Opera will use the default keyboard configuration file which is located under "ui" folder.

The profile\keyboard folder doesn't exist. I've created it manually and pasted standard_keyboard (2).ini, but it's useless.
Anyway thank you Tamil and LeoCG.

Click this to see path to profile directory.
In Opera Preferences dialog, Advanced, Shortcuts, click the 'Duplicate' button to create a keyboard.ini file in the profile/keyboard folder. That way it should certainly exist. If you don't do that, you'll can also create the folder manually yourself.

OK, I've pasted standard_keyboard (2).ini to I:\Opera\Opera Portable\profile\keyboard. No difference. I give up.
The Opera help page says we can backup all the settings, but it would be better including: "except your personalized keyboard shortcuts because the standard_keyboard.ini/standard_keyboard(2).ini will not work in a new installation".
