Speed Dial Reload:Never option reloads the thumbnail too often
Affects at least both 12.00.1105 and 11.52.1100Setting a speed dial to reload never should normally set the reload time to 2^31 -1 ,
but here it sets it to the number of seconds that which number speed dial it is -
ie. dial #4 has 4 seconds, dial #13 had 13 seconds, and so on.
Can anyone reproduce ?
