Lacking one-time view option for blocked item
Sometimes people see a funny banner and post for you, or the random site's internal structure just happens to match your ad filters; then you need to do too many actions to unblock it for the one and only time you want to view it. Requesting that to be changed, and thank you in advance.
Use Block Ads button to disable content blocker temporarily.

How is that supposed to work?
a) I open http://test.com/banner.jpg
b) I click the button
c) I refresh
d) it's still blocked.
I've even learned a lot about Opera buttons while trying to understand what had gone wrong.
