permanent red dot
The red dot attached to the envelope icon on the front page is supposed to indicate that there is an incoming message to read. The red dot is now permanently displayed. Even when I deleted all incoming messages, the dot was still there. Please could you help me resolve this problem. i thank you in anticipation of your assistance. Brian.Hi!
