Yeah!! I've found a solution!
The point is when Opera starting, it writes variable Run=1 in section [State] in file
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Opera\Opera\operaprefs.ini ( in my W7 ).
Then, if it has been closed correctly, it writes Run=0 in this file.
Therefore, if we want to avoid "Welcome ..." screen, we have to write Run=0 in operaprefs.ini as if Opera writes it.
