Recover Form Data

One of my biggest reasons Opera was my favourite web browser years ago is that it would save my form data.
Most web browsers, if you accidentally click a link or somehow submit a form when its not quite perfect, the text you've entered is lost. You have to load the form page again and re-enter ALL of the information, from beginning to end. Its really saddening sad

I just did it now!
I was writing a very detailed forum post and accidentally clicked a bookmark. (for the same page I was on) After doing that, the page reloaded, the back button was disabled and there was no way to recover the text I had entered.

This is really a big deal for millions of users around the world. We're frequently filling in forms, and sometimes the info we entered gets lost, its really frustrating.
I think there should be an option to save ALL form data in RAM for the current browser session, so that when you return to the form, you can just hit a button saying "Load previous form entry" and bang, its there.
Then once you close the browser, it overwrites the memory, so theres no security issue.

----

Details:
(It operates only when necessary)
* It should only be activated if the form text is longer than a certain number of characters, or if it took the user more than a minute to enter or something.
(for security concerns of other users using the browser after you)
* Then after posting the form, opera should show a little confirmation saying "Form Data Saved", with some little animation or something showing you where to click to access it. So if you're happy with your form entry it can clear it.
That could even be left out. If you know you've enabled the feature, you will know what menu to find it in.
* Upon leaving the domain where the form text was saved, it should be erased. Or if a link is clicked that has the text 'log out' etc.
* Generally people should know if they've enabled 'form recovery', they should close the browser when they're done browsing. Or hit some clear button or something.
* Make 'form recovery' data expire after 30 mins.

I doubt that millions of people accidentally click their bookmarks when writing a forum post. You don't need the back button to be enabled for navigating back. That's what mouse gestures are for. In case you don't have a mouse you can use your keyboard: left ctrl

Please learn to use Opera if you like it as much as you say, before making more suggestions wink
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death.
It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle: when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
