Opera network settings for proxy server
Hi!I am using proxy server to connect to internet and i need help in setting folowing options, please help!
1-opera:config#Performance|MaxConnectionsServer
2-opera:config#Performance|MaxConnectionsTotal
3-opera:config#Performance|MaxPersistentConnectionsServer
4-opera:config#Performance|NetworkBufferSize
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Keep in mind that Opera treats a proxy as a server.
Thus while using a proxy "MaxConnectionsTotal" = "MaxConnectionsServer"
You could test how it works with 32 MaxConnections/16 MaxPersistentConnections or 64 MaxConnections/32 MaxPersistentConnections.
If your proxy supports HTTP 1.1 you should enable opera:config#Enable HTTP 1.1 for proxy
and maybe opera:config#Enable start with HTTP 1.1 for proxy as well.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death.
It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle: when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.

But how can i check if proxy server suuports http 1.1 connections or not?
By testing with the settings mentioned above, especially the second one "start with HTTP 1.1".

128 should be fine.
