ECMA test still faill :/

There is still fer fail in ECMA test. i last few release i have 2 fail then in next release 4 fail and from last and current release i have 11 fail.
i tested thin on Windows and linux x64. i thin its not foul because i even run opera 12a on virtual machine Debian 6.0.3 x64, Ubuntu 11.10 and windows 7 pro SP1 x64.

S8.7.1_A2	        Try to delete y, where y is var y=1
S8.7_A5_T1	        Delete referenced object, var __ref = obj
S11.4.1_A3.3	        Checking declared variable
S11.7.1_A4_T2	        ShiftExpression = 2^n - 1, n = 16...31
S12.5_A9_T3	        Declaring function within an "if" statement that is declared within the function declaration
S12.6.1_A13_T3	        Declaring a function within a "do-while" loop that is within a function declaration itself
S12.6.2_A13_T3	        Checking if declaring a function within a "while" Statement that is in a function body leads to an exception
S12.6.4_A13_T3	        Declaring function within a "for-in" Statement that is within function declaration
S13_A12_T1	        Checking if deleting a function that is declared in global scope fails
S15.1.2.2_A5.1_T1        Check if parseInt still accepts octal
S15.5.5.1_A3	        Checking if deleting the length property of String fails

You are right. But the test was last updated on 25 September 2011 and it was 13 September when Opera said that they added full ECMAScript 5.1 support.
Windows 7 SP1 x86 edition and Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Test is under constant development, also some tests need to be removed

Opera scored a full 100%, in the mean time tests have changed, became invalid and new ones appeard.
So you can imagin that the test doesn't score a full 100% now.
Not something to be woried about and of course the devs know it.
