Back Up Opera (Mail (!), bookmarks, contacts, etc.)
Hello, I'm new to Mac and using Opera for a long time. Unfortunately I can't open Opera since thursday night. I'm using Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Opera 11.52.I have no idea what I can do. I would like to reinstall Opera, but before I remove the old installation I want to have a back up of the datas like eMail (very important!), etc.
Any suggestions?

Opera will be coverd by the system-wide Time Machine backup service.
These are the locations to backup:
~/Library/Application Support/Opera/
~/Library/Opera/
~/Library/Preferences/com.operasoftware.Opera.plist
If you type opera:about in Opera’s address field and press Enter, you will see where some common data types are located (like main preference file, bookmarks database, email, and more.) Opera Next?

First: I didn't find any of the files you suggested. But that may be, because I never used Time Machine Backup Service. I'm new to Mac and I've never tried it. And as I tried it this morning it told me, that it would have to formate my external disc to do so. So I can't do it right now. :-(
Second: I can't open Opera anymore. It crashes everytime... So I can't write opera:about in Opera's address field to find those files... :-(
