Opera 11.52 not pre-buffering videos on YouTube
Since the upgrade to 11.52 I get the spinning "loading" icon on screen a lot of the time while videos are playing on YouTube. I notice that it's because Opera is no longer pre-buffering them. For example, I started watching this video with Firefox and paused it: -

You can see by the grey bar at the bottom that it carries on loading/pre-buffering the video.
But when I watch the same video in Opera and pause it: -

It's not pre-buffering videos at all.
I just upgraded to 11.52. On the "What is new in Opera 11.52" tab that opened immediately after upgrading, I can't even get Opera's own videos to play.

It's working normally here. And the Local Storage on Adobe Flash Player Settings is set to 100 KB.
Windows 7 SP1 x86 edition and Windows XP Service Pack 3.

I also have some issues regarding playing Youtube videos with the latest version of Opera.
In addition to the thread starter's problem, transfer rate isn't working in the "show video info" window.
I use this to monitor my speed when streaming videos.
Right now, I am using a different browser when I stream videos on Youtube.
EDIT:
I have the latest flash installed.
