Can't save new bookmarks - workaround
There seems to be an issue with number of new bookmarks that can be created in OM. Every time I add about 100 new bookmarks, OM won't allow saving any more bookmarks (you click on Save button and nothing happens). On my BlackBerry 8830, with at least 12 MB of free memory, the trigger point is about 80-100 new bookmarks. On other devices this number might be different.
Until this bug is fixed, anyone experiencing the same problem can try the following workaround (in my case, it has worked ok twice):
- turn on Opera Link (to backup all boomarks)
- sync the bookmarks to Opera on your PC (to have a double backup)
- make a list of all feeds
- uninstall and reinstall OM
- recover bookmarks from Opera Link
- restore the feeds
On BlackBerry screen, OM icon will reappear in the old place, unless you have done battery pull.

actually only reinstallation should reduce the amount of bookmarks space storage just being loaded blanks (without icons) in sync process, similar with search engines. Instead reinstallation better use two accounts for sync/resync but I wouldn't pass that as a useful tip, just a quick one if it works

Because favicons are clearly the source of the problem, here is another workaround to get rid of them, without loosing settings and feeds (which is the case when you uninstall/reinstall OM):
- disconnect from Opera Link
- manually delete all bookmarks
- connect to Opera Link
- all bookmarks will get restored without favicons and you will be able to save new bookmarks again.
Syncing to an account w/o bookmarks and then syncing back to the account with all bookmarks backed up, as mentioned in the post above, didn't work in my case. I kept getting "unknown error" message when syncing back to the account with bookmarks, and then after OM was exited and re-started, all the bookmarks were back, but with favicons. This is kind of weird, because in theory, this method should result in bookmarks being recovered without favicons, but at least on my BlackBerry, it didn't work that way.
