two problems

im on the latest version of opera and im running windows 7.

this works in all browsers, but in opera i get no text shadow for text in inputs.

inputs tried:
email, text & submit.

also im having a problem with repeating gradients filling the browser windows height. it will not stretch at first, but if i hit F11(full screen) and then hit F11 again the background will be 100% height, it will also flash full height for a second on refresh(F5).

i have:

min-height: 100%;
margin: 0px;
on the html element.

background-image: 3 repeating gradient;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-attachment: fixed;
padding: 15px;
margin: 0px;
on the body element. (tried placing gradients on the html element and i get nothing but the flash of 100% height background)

now, the gradients look great and opera has the best look out of all the browsers for gradients, but this problem is only in opera.
i tried the 100% height on html and body elements and i get the scroll bar on pages with little content.

EDIT:
if i have opera in full screen(F11) and hit refresh(F5) the background won't be 100% height after the refresh, but if i hit F11 to get out of full screen the background will be 100% height.
