F4 panel buttons at the bottom instead of left, side panel itself on left?
How can I make the F4 panel buttons appear at the bottom without making the sidebar move anywhere like as seen in this screen shot at the bottom left please? Also I want to keep the icon with text label (below) (in case this ends up being a code hotfix instead of a GUI option).
