Minimizing and grouping pages alike Speed dial
Would be nice to be able to minimize or collect opened pages to one page, the same way as Speed dial page is looking like.So that opened pages are minimize and restored to one place, giving a quick overview. Bit of a replacement for tabbing.
Yes. Just like Internet Explorer Quick Tabs

Pesala, that's pretty good, good work! The only problem is that maximising a tab doesn't maximise all the tabs, so then when switching back to the previous tab it's in a small window until maximised, is there a way to fix that?
The lack of this kind of feature is one of the few areas where Opera usability is behind IE, Firefox and Chrome, (also this Safari extension) and I hope the developers are thinking about implementing a fast switcher.
I had a look at the extensions documentation to see if this was possible as an extension (bestcase scenario being a mouse gesture to activate it in the same way the Chrome version works) but from the documentation there doesn't seem to be a way to access the thumbnails Opera generates, or to manipulate tabs outside the currently focused tab. In addition there is a warning not to use the tab functionality as it's having an overhaul, hopefully that means an extension for expose-like fast switching will be possible soon.

Its just a workaround for the next five years while we wait for this feature to be added.
Tile. This button works well for up to 12 tabs (on a wide screen monitor) or up to 9 on my 1280x1024 monitor. Click to tile; click and hold to maximize all. Drag the button to the left half of your toolbar. If you regularly open a lot of tabs then you need to use the other button.
Tile Click and hold to minimize all, select the tabs you wish to tile, then click the button to tile them.
