[TIP / SOLUTION] Opera Freezing, Mouse Lag and Audio Shuttering

First of all I want to begin with apologizing to the opera-devs when I claimed that their software caused my system to halt, I have finally managed to isolate the problem.

If you are running a installation of windows that seems very "jumpy" in turns of responsiveness of keystrokes, mouse-movements and sound download the DPC Latency Checker and see if it records high/red latency spikes.
The software itself recommends checking network drivers and such so when I removed mine the spikes instantly vanished making me believe that I had solved the issue, reverting back to the old drivers everything ran smooth but only for a short time then the spikes came back- then I finally proceed to kill off my FIREWALL which was Outpost Firewall Pro 7 and just like that the problems were gone, the thing about the firewall was that it took a while before the spikes came up (hours) unless I were browsing and using flash with opera then it was a matter of minutes and only one video could be enough to put my machine to it's... floor plate.

TL:DR: For those experiencing issues with opera freezing, mouse starting to lag, keys slowing down and audio shutter or slowing down run the DPC Latency Checker and start debugging, for me it was a network problem that lead me to Outpost Firewall Pro 7 but it might as well be somethings else on your system.
