opera下载时“记住选择不再提示”不能勾选

如图，红框中“记住选择不再提示”不能勾选。另外，不能添加“RAR”和“ZIP”的MIME————
ZIP的MIME类型用application/x-zip-compressed
RAR的MIME类型用application/octet-stream 不知对不对
