crash and crash and crash

opera did crash again and again. on Mac
when does opera crash? opera crashes on sending a crash rapport, on opening a link on the send crash rapport, (a link about plugins)
opera does crash too much for me. the crash rapport does not find a reason for a crash, neither do I.
somebody wrote do use opera next, this will not crash. but opera next cannot import mail, because opera next does not see and read hidden files in Mac.

The most recent versions of Opera Next has severe issues with plug-ins on Mac. You can temporarily disable them from Preferences: Advanced: Content: Use Plug-ins.

Regarding your issues importing mail: what application are you trying to import mail from? In the file selector dialog you can press Command-Shift–G to manually enter a folder or file path. (A system feature.)

Seconded. But I don't use Opera Next, I use 11.52 and it crashes all the time. I restart it and it crashes again.

I guess restart in a clean screen should stop Opera crashing, but that is not a practical solution when you need to read a lot of different sites. I do prefer a lean and clean Opera without all kind of special features that does what it has to do, browse and send mail.

There is no point, as soon as I open a website with a simple YouTube clip, it is enough to crash it. But I don't really understand the glitch. Sometime it plays flash, and sometime it crashes.

Try deleting the ~/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/ folder. Exit all browsers before doing this. Does that resolve the issue?

Definitely didn't help. I opened the browser (plugins enabled), I had Gmail, LifeHacker, Android Market, Android forum and My Opera open. It crashed, I didn't send report, full restarted, it crashed again. I've tried to focus on different pages, still crashing. Then I've closed Lifehacker, restarted and it worked. I opened the lifehacker page and it didn't crash. I've restarted Opera (with the same pages Gmail, LH, market, forum My Opera) and it didn't crash.

Here is the page, just in case. http://lifehacker.com/5828033/how-to-build-your-own-productivity-style-by-remixing-from-the-bestop
