Facebook video chat error

My friend sent me video call request from fb chat. The request didn't even show up and he got response that I am using an incompatible browser or operating system.
The video call option doesn't exist in my chat! I am using opera 11.51 & he is using chrome both on win 7

There are so many bugs concerning facebook on Opera that I have stopped using facebook on Opera completely. I have reported many bugs to Opera and also notified facebook of these issues, and they never become fixed. Irritating.

Try the Rounds video chat app -- way less buggy than the main video chat app.
