What would you suggest a better plug in for opening .jpeg directly in opera ?

Hi all,

People send me email with .jpeg attachment.
Click, it open in new tab. No problem.
This jpeg is in landscape originally & now is of course in portrait.
If I have to read it , I either rotate my head xx degree, or rotate clockwise once.
I found right click to the jpeg the context menu seems without any tools I can rotate.

Is there any other .jpeg plug-in I can use to deal with this little trouble sutaution ?

Thank you
Edmond

The only browser plug-in that supports images that I know of is the Quicktime plug-in. But, I don't know if it has any rotate features. Picasa might have a browser plug-in too, but I don't know and don't know if it would have a rotate feature.

So, I don't know. I'd just open the image in an image editor and rotate it or inform the sender they need to make sure their pics have the correct orientation before they send them.

Launching images in an external viewer like IrfanView is probably the best solution for now. Images will either open in the rotated orientation, or can be rotated easily with shortcuts.

Maybe this could be done with existing extensions? I added a comment to the Image Autoresizer Blog.
