The address is https://www.meo.pt/ver/Pages/login.aspx
It's correct because it works in anothers browsers

Moved this thread to the right forum and deleted the others you made. Do not post same message multiple times on different forums ever again. 
I could understand if you post once here and once on your own languages forums, but that should have been enough. http://my.opera.com/community/forums/rules/ the rules are also available in Portuguese.

I don't think that bug reports are the right place for problems like these rafaelluik. Opera is working just fine, it is the website that is having issues. Opera > Help > Report a Site Problem would be more appropriate. Even better place to report the problem would be the site itself.
But there's an option labeled "Web site problem"...
