A few problems with Opera 10.52?
Voice won't download it will bring up the dialogue and fail immediately. If you download the same binaries in next it will download but not work.Also on the old version of opera you couldn't switch between windows when it was talking??
You can no longer drag tabs between two open windows unless you put the new tab into a stack.

Not a new problem in Opera 11.52 — something broken with your setup, but I don't know what. Deleting the \profile\voice\ folder and trying again usually fixes this problem. I have no problem task switching with Alt Tab while Opera is reading aloud in Opera 11.52. Sometimes it won't speak the first time I try (it did just now). If so, disable voice in preferences, then re-enable it.

Also not new — it began about 11.50 IIRC. It is possible to work around it by using the Windows panel. Dragging of tabs in the same window is broken if you use "Wrap to multiple rows" for the tab bar setting.
