That's probably because the cause is some setting on your PC that prevents Opera updating. If nothing has changed on your PC, you're going to get the same error the next time too. Its probably something to do with User Access Control.
If you put your OS and other details in your forum signature, it saves us asking, and saves you repeating yourself.

The problem is not correct even with the upgrade to 11.60. I hate manaul update for upgrade! Because?
I have check in opera:config and the server is: https://autoupdate.opera.com/ but a test is in error. There are problems with this addres?

I have resolve. The problem is because the https://autoupdate.opera.com/ not supporting Enable TLS v3.0. In opera:config I have disable SSL v1.0 and in this case the Opera Update was in error.
