<br> in code tags
How to you escape <br> in code tags?You shouldn't have to escape markup in code tags at all, but it seems <br> is treated as markup in code tags. I tried escaping as <br>, but the entities are just treated literally (as you would expect in code tags).

Also, I find I have to escape <br> in titles too. That seems kind of weird. And, each time I edit a post, the forums unescape the entities I typed in the title.
