I programmed myself in Python a little robot who knows of famous quotations and that says a randomly after someone says "! Quote," it is also possible to add quotes via "! Addquote new quote "...

How to make the robot is allowed?

This basically means that your bot is allowed on the network as long as it is well behaved. You have to get permission from the channel staff. For the official channels the chance you get permission is very low, but you're free to have the bot in your own channel.
