Opera Web Documents?
For no apparent reason recently my computer started giving me "notices" whenever I use MS Outlook asking if I want to open, save or cancel an Opera Web Document. The document name is always different and opening or saving the "document" does not get rid of the problem. It is constant during my use of Outlook and extremely annoying and time consuming to have to hit cancel two times (two notices almost every time) before I can change from the TO line to the SUBJECT line and then again to the BODY of the email. Any Ideas on how to stop this annoyance?!?!?!?! HELP!
Maybe you configured your system to always open these files with Opera. You said these files have always a different document name, but did they have also different file extensions?
If these documents have the same file extension then check the settings in windows.
Kinda hard to find the right information, when you don't know how it is called in English, but here it is (for vista and windows 7):

You could try to set Internet Explorer as default browser and/or something similar in Outlook (i don't use outlook) to see if this fixes your problem.

Blackcoder - thanks for the tips but that did not solve the problem. It's not a file association type of problem. It's hard to describe but basically the "Notices" simply pop up out of the blue, Can I post a picture in my posts somehow? I can paste a pic of the Notice for all to see...
When you click on "Post Reply" instead of using the "quick reply" you have various feature to write your post (like bold, underline, etc.).
Also at my.opera.com you have your own space to upload files. So you can upload the screenshots there and link it.
The url for the site where you can upload files is in your case:

Constantly when i am using Outlook e-mail and sometime when I am in the middle of doing something on Opera.
I am not trying to open anything, just trying to send an e-mail. It's new (2-3 days). I don't think i changed any configuration settings in Opera. I certainly did not do so in Outlook...

"Have you tried deleting the file?"
YES
"Are you trying to open a html file?"
NO
"This happens only when you are using Outlook?"
YES
"No reason Outlook should be showing such a message unless you're receiving (and viewing) email with an HTML attachment"
NOPE
"my guess would be that you have some sort of malware."
COULD BE BUT I JUST RAN (in safe mode)
AdAware, Spybot S&D, Spywareblaster and Malwarebytes. All came up clean
Mcafee Anti Virus Plus is always running in the background, Windows Defender runs as usual
