Disabling sound in webpages

Ctrl+F12 > Advanced > Content > Enable sound in webpages

I have this disabled, yet I keep hearing about 1 minute of music when Opera starts up and the tabs are loading. I have roughly 35 tabs open currently.

Any reason music would be playing while sound is disabled?

Try disabling plugins too. Disabling sound in web pages has no affect on flash.

I have "Enable plugins only on demand" checked, so I don't think plugins are the problem.

@Tamil - I saw that option earlier but it shouldn't be the cause of the issue, because afaik, "program sounds" are Opera's internal beeps and whatever, not a 1min piece of music. Anyhow I've disabled it now, so I'll see in the next few days/weeks if it helps.
