[1116, maybe also all 12.x builds] Can't use Ctrl+Z after closing the last tab

DSK-349179
This is the information you submitted to us:
Version: 12.00
Build: 1116 (also all earlier 12.00 builds, maybe also 11.50)
Operating system: Windows XP
Platform: PC

Summary: Can't use Ctrl+Z without opened tabs

Steps to reproduce
===================
1. Close the last tab (and see the speeddial).
2. Press Ctrl+Z.
3. Get nothing.

Expected result
===============
Reopen the closed tab.

Actual result
=============
Nothing happens.

Anyone confirms?

PS. If I get outside the address input field (eg via an extension window), Ctrl+Z works normally.

PPS. Ctrl+Z does not work on Speed Dial at all.

I think it works only outside any text input fields, inside them it works like the system undo command. Is it possible to override this behavior?

Ctrl+Z on text input fields will undo your last action on that field. Don't know if there is a way to change it.

Could always use Tab to get outside the field first ...
