Opera Tab Speed dial
Dear Opera Team and / or fans,I have an Idea for an Opera extension / feature, that would make it even more comfortable:
I often use very many tabs at the same time. For this case, it would be pretty useful, if it would be possible to choose one of your open tabs from a "open tabs speed dial", just like the speed dial from the startpage- but with content of the open tabs. Triggered by a mouse gesture, or Keyboard shortcut.

Similar like some android prozess windows, which are triggered by a two finger gesture.

Maybe the tab choose window could be triggered on opera mobile with the two-fingers gesture!
What do you think about it? Better as extension or feature? Opera team, interrested?
The idea is for free

I'm also developer, so if you give me some hints, maybe i'll get after it.
best regards,
Steven

Hallo,

Mft, Stephan
Agreed.

oh, thanks for the hint. I see, so this wish has been comitted up to 5 times now on this forum and nobody did the job.. lets see, I'll try out for myself and post the results here.
So, can someone give me a hint, where I can get the speed dial functionality source code? I mean- not that I am not willed writing it for my own, but its not that I have got THAT plenty of time for such stuff..
And I think, for this extension, I will call it SpeedTabby or smth., it I would just have to change the databindings for input of the content.
Is that functionality hidden in some dll files from opera? I just could find the stylings and settings...
Opera devs? please help!
