how to lock setting in opera

currently i use opera for my Internet café, and sometimes our customer changing the proxy server in the client computer, so do opera have this feature ?

Have you heard of kiosk mode? Alternatively you could edit the menus and dialogs to make the proxy settings inaccessible ...
