Canon.com (can't download drivers)

I can't download drivers from Canon's (a major printer and scanner manufacturer) website. The same webpage works fine with Firefox, though.

Sample URL: http://usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/scanners/photo_scanners/canoscan_lide100?selectedName=DriversAndSoftware
Select an OS (Windows 7, 64-bit, in my case), expand the 'Drivers' category by clicking the red triangle, then click on the download link of the driver, notice that nothing happens.

Tried this with Firefox 7.01 and the driver downloads fine. I'm currently using Opera 11.52.

Yes, confirmed with Opera 11.52. Though not an issue as it works fine in Opera 12 build 1116.

Windows 7 SP1 x86 edition and Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Know why it works with Opera 12 alpha, but not with Opera 11.52?

To my knowledge: The old Opera parser included in Opera 11.52 and older MIGHT contain a bug affecting this website (Hey, I know a website on which I cannot use even half of the features with Opera 11.52 but with Opera 12, everything on the website works just fabulous) and it was fixed in Opera's new HTML5 parser shipped with Opera 12.00 builds.
