This is a user to user forum, so basically the answer is no. Sometimes someone from Opera can pass by here but don't expect they answering people's questions here.

What LeoCG said is correct. Some of Opera's developers do at times browse this forum and occasionally reply to and engage in certain threads. But usually that involvement occurs for very specific kinds of user issues that relate to the particular developer's area of expertise and whether he happens to be browsing the forum index list over a certain timeframe of thread visibility, so it can be hard to predict whether a thread will tease out a developer response.... just one of the reasons a clear, brief, descriptive thread title is always a good idea.

Ordinarily, the thread responses will simply be from other users like you or me - some of whom are nevertheless quite experienced with dealing with certain kinds of Opera issues. But realistically, Opera is a free web browser and this is a free forum. Opera gains no direct revenue from its employees' responding here.
Opera 12.14u (1738), 11.52 (1100) & 10.63 (3576) running on various Windows systems from Win7-64 down through KernelEx4-modified Win98FE (proof that reports of Win98's demise are greatly exaggerated).

Agreed with what blackbird71 and LeoCG say, but the Opera for Mac forum and Opera for *nix (Linux/FreeBSD) are exceptions. Mr. Daniel from the Opera for Mac team and Mr. Ruari from the Opera for Linux/FreeBSD team reply frequently to the Opera for Mac and Opera for *nix forums respectively on a frequent basis.

and the developers are usually aware of any real problems.
And the volunteers and die-hard opera fans are always around.
But, by the way, what is the nature of the OP's problem, one ponders...

You missed Yngve who seems to respond in most technical security-related topics, the others are pretty hit-or-miss.

Right. Though see my above post, Mr. Ruari and Mr. Daniel are the most active forum posters from Opera Software.
