Slow scrolling in Opera 11.52 with some css

Slow scrolling in Opera 11.52 with some css:
background: fixed, overflow: hidden.
CPU usage get high.
Smooth scrolling checked. When unchecked, work better, but no smooth.

Opera 11.52, Win7 Pro x32.
