combination keyboard shortcuts no longer work?
I used this shortcut for accessing address field:x ctrl, f ctrl
Later I used
x Meta, f Meta
for same thing
I tried to change this to
x Control, f Control
Which doesn't work (Opera software seems to rename ctrl key after every major version for some odd reason)
(this is in emacs notion C-x,C-f, means first press ctrl x, then ctrl f)
Are thise double commands still working at all, on any latest version? Can't find any reference on keyboard shortcuts for mac (nor any reference, for that matter).
One of above work work on Opera 9 on Windows 98 and Opera 10 on OSX10.4.
I now have problem with Opera 11 on osx 10.6.
In my default keyboard the commands are shown like this:
Platform Mac, f shift ctrl
Platform Mac, f shift ctrl

Ctrl is called Control on latest OSX version of Opera, or at least that is only keyword that works (Set on preferences/keyboard, haven't looked up the ini file. Windows version shows diffent things - which of course makes no sense.)
What I need is the old comma separated values for commands, which used to work so that you first pressed first shortcut, and then other, and it worked. I keep pressing the keys and wondering why it don't work...
It would be nice if there was some reference, then it would be much easier to know if this is bug or just feature no longer supported.

These Emacs style shortcuts are still supported in Opera 11. and Opera 12. I'm not sure how to enter the Cmd key in the shortcuts editor on Mac, but in the custom keyboard.ini file that gets saved to the profile\keyboard folder, it should look like this:
If you want to use the Command key:
x ctrl, f ctrl
If you want to use the Control key:
x meta, f meta
The keyboard.ini file is used for all platforms, and most shortcuts that require the 'Ctrl' key on Windows and Unix are using the Command key on Mac, for example Ctrl+F is Cmd-F on Mac. Hence the confusion...
