Opera 12.00 Alpha Network Settings
I live in Greece, but prefer the language of the web pages to be in English. However, When going to Google.com my search results are in Greek. I have the Enable Geo-location box unchecked in the Network setting, and all other settings are the same as in Opera 11.52 (no problems there).31. October 2011, 14:21:57 (edited)
I don't think it's a bug. This is usually set according to your ISP/DNS.
You can try the following to force it though. Close Opera and open operaprefs.ini. Search for Google TLD Default (i.e. its Top Level Domain). You'll probably have something like .google.com.gr or maybe .google.gr. Remove the .gr/.com.gr and replace it with .com. Also, make sure Google TLD Downloaded is set to 1.

Not an ISP/DNS problem because Opera 11.52 is working correctly . However, I did as suggested (Opened operaprefs.ini, and changed google.gr to google.com) it worked. Thanks
