belt and card in Lubuntu

In ubuntu belt and card are integrated with youself ,"together", but in Lubuntu not

Do you mean that the title bar disappears in Ubuntu when you maximize the window?

I'm not 100% sure about your terminology "belt and card" but I presume you mean you want an integrated tab and title bar. If so then you will either need to wait for Opera 12.00:

No real version of Opera currently exists that looks like that. It is just his visualization of how he would like it to look. We are implementing the option of this but the decorations would be on the right. Also the decorations will not look native. We are making our own.

Of course. I should've checked the URL of the image. The OP led me to believe it was an actual screenshot on their machine with Unity, which they wanted to replicate in LXDE.
