Possible bug in the share feature in Mini 6.1.25378
Browsing in Opera Mini is so much better than the browser installed by the phone manufacturer but I do have a slight issue. While browsing today (on my Virgin Mobile LG Rumor Touch) I had an issue when clicking on links @ urbandictionary.com. I would get an error message that read: "An application file is corrupted. Please contact customer care to have your device reset." I didnt really need to go tothe links so I ignored it. Then I tried to share a page using the share by email option and as soon as I clicked on that I got the same error. I contacted my service provider & after going the rounds with their incompetent tech support I was referred here.
I did install a new copy of the browser and it has fixed the "issue" I had on UrbanDictionary but not the sharing pages by email feature. I can share with twitter and facebook just fine but not with the email. I wouldnt care but a couple of my friends are not on any social media site at all. Yeah weird.
Any input of the semi-intelligent variety would be great as I spent all day talking to mostly tech ignorant fools.

And here we are in no-man's land. Phone provider says Opera, Opera says Phone. Then Post-whore ignores the fact that re-installing fixed the issue he commented on and provided no value to this conversation whatsoever.
I did say I wanted semi-intelligent replies, right? Yep, right there in the last sentence. *sigh*

It may be happening because the e-mail sharing link is a simple call to "mailto:" and your phone doesn't support it.
Somebody may correct me if I'm wrong.

Calling someone who replied to your post "Post-whore" doesn't seem even semi-intelligent to me.
As rafaelluik suggested it seems like there's something wrong with your phone's handling of "mailto:" URLs.

@keviniorourke What else would you call someone who commented on the portion of the issue that was no longer an issue?
@SAGRID Thanks for providing a possible "resolution" (even if that "resolution" was not entirely helpful)
@rafaelluik possibly. As SAGRID pointed out, I'm using a Virgin Mobile device (the most locked down phones ever) so that could be an issue. But why would that send my phone into a soft reset?
