Opera 11.52 will no longer play videos ie youtube

This was all working. Now when I go to watch a tutorial video in youtube or on a forum it says plug in not enabled.I have repeatedly run Adobe flash 11 , which I now read does not support Vista 64 bit. It all worked 2 days ago. Plug ins are enabled. Please help. Plug ins are enabled.
