В курсе ли Вы, что некоторые сайты, например: ( mobile-premium.com ) занимаются "распространением" платного контента (в виде программы по отправке платных смс) со значком "Opera mini" и надписями "Opera mini"? Я конечно знаю про эту "гадость", и не попадаюсь на эти уловки, но к огромному сожалению, людей попавшихся на этом очень много. Внизу данной страницы есть ссылка на "условия предоставления услуги", где они описывают стоимость услуг и т.п., но остаются в тени, т.к. не указывают после надписи "email:" никакого адреса и т.п.. И еще одна уловка в плане ухода от ответственности: название услуги в соглашении "Opera_SP". Т.е. таким образом, они получают деньги ни за что, так ещё и используют название и изображения вашей продукции. Был бы очень признателен, и думаю, что не только я, если Вы примите какие-либо меры. Дополню информацию: ссылка на данный "контент-услугу" находилась в программе ICQ скаченную с официального Android Market в Ad-рекламной строке. Спасибо за внимание и понимание.Google translate...
