Toolbar bottom line (1 pixel high)

Is there a way to remove this line? (This is just the Opera standard skin slightly modified to have slimmer toolbars)

The Windows native skin doesn't show it, but I couldn't pinpoint anything in the skin.ini related to it.

If you want to remove that bottom line of 1 pixel you can do it by correcting toolbar.png that is in background directory of your standard_skin.zip (skin is in program files\opera\skin )or if it's altered by some downloaded skin, try to find it in C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXXXXXX\Application Data\Opera\OperaNext\skin. I'm using win XP, so those are my paths.

Just open that toolbar.png in any graphical program and colorize it in the way you like (eg. you could just add with paint bucket color that is above that last pixel line).

If you want to physically remove that last line, well...i can't help you with that. Try opening skin.ini file in your skin zip file and search for toolbar.png.

First, thank you!

But, but it seems to work in only one Standard skin :\
Somehow I got 2 versions here, probably one from 11.52 and the other being from the 9.xx

They both says "versions 3", but one of them (like, the one I'm using) doesn't use any file called toolbar.png, in its place, skin.ini points to mainbar.png (quite similar, but modifying it have no effect on that line - actually, I just did edit everything with a single line at the bottom of the image, but the thing is still there!)

Will keep trying.

In my skin.ini I don't have mainbar.png, so it's probably old skin system. I'm using Operanext 12.00 alpha (build 1116), but still, looking at your img it should work in the same way.

btw. I've started to mess with skins couple days ago, so I'm kinda newbie smile

Well well, no dice :\

But it's a good thing! Just ditched my old frankenskin.ini and started working on the other standard skin and now I'm back at the same spot, but the line is gone now:

Thanks again!

This was fixed by changing standard skins, because this one http://www.mediafire.com/?c71dgg6bhds75gb doesn't seem to change that line doesn't matter what I do.
